Da più di 5 anni io e mia moglie veniamo d’estate per una decina di giorni a rilassarci in questo "PARADISO PIEDS DANS L'EAU" !
L'albergo è gestito dai proprietari, sempre presenti ed attenti ad ogni necessità.
La grande terrazza sul mare con la piscina sono il loro biglietto da visita.
Il mare è lì che ci aspetta con la sua invogliante acqua limpida ... e quindi anche questa estate saremo presenti.
Poco più in alto la tranquilla cittadina di Santo Stefano di Camastra, i manufatti in ceramica, i ristoratori coi loro prelibati piattini e la accogliente Sicilia sono poi l’imperdibile contorno di una vacanza perfetta!

Ma il servizio una schifezza, il televisore rotto, la porta del balcone rotta.
La Struttura è bella ma ha bisogno di manutenzione e personale professionale..

We booked an accessible hotel (due to my disability) with a restaurant, evening entertainment and a choice of pools. What we got was a nightmare for me. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. To buy food elsewhere we needed a car. The parking was about quarter of a mile away (due to drainage works) along a rubble path. Along the path, we had to cross a couple of planks over a 4 foot drop. There were steps to the rooms, steps to the breakfast location; even a step in our bathroom to get to the toilet and shower.
Not only was there no entertainment, archery or any of the other activities listed, most of the outdoor lights didn't work or weren't turned on at night. Getting to the car was completely in the dark so I ended up with fall injuries on the rubble pathway.
The only pool was so green when we arrived that it had to be drained, washed and refilled, taking a few days. Safety railing had completely rusted away leaving dangerous fall areas. Steps to the beach were seriously unsafe with some steps and railings missing. The 'beach' was mostly bits of stone, rubble and metal that had fallen off the hotel complex.
When a fellow guest confronted the owner about an issue, he just said 'not my problem'. Apparently serving moldy food for breakfast is acceptable.
Sadly, this was probably a great hotel once. Now it is unsafe, inaccessible and a complete wreck. It needs investment but seems that the latest owner is just running it into the ground for quick profit.
In essence, I strongly suggest avoiding this dangerous dump until considerable renovations have taken place.

Disgusting, 1 member of staff who couldn’t check us in, entire road being dug up so couldn’t even park at the hotel (not their fault but should be detailed!) pool was green!! No hot food…. This needs some help & investment from owner. It’s a very steep walk back up into the town which is where the restaurants are! Photos are misleading!!

NACHTMERRIE! Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer toegewezen waarin het bedframe uit elkaar viel en het slot van de deur eruit viel en niet op slot kon. Bedden kei hard. Weinig privacy op het balkon, je zit gelijk naast je buren. Alles was oud, vervallen en vies. Na deze klachten te hebben gemeld kregen we een nieuwe kamer. Deze was nog erger dan verwacht; vieze ramen, schuifdeur kon alleen dicht met een spijker vol met roest, vieze schimmellucht in de kamer, schimmel (eerlijk waar groen en blauw van kleur) op de wc stang en op meerdere plekken in de douche. Niet hygiënisch maar bovenal schadelijk voor je gezondheid. Zwembad was vies, je kon de bodem niet zien, de dag erna hebben ze het leeggehaald en gingen ze de gehele bodem 'schoonmaken' met 1 bak water. Naast het zwembad veel gaten in de roosters, opletten dat je hier niet in stapt. Na contact met de touroperator zijn we verplaatst naar een beter en comfortabel hotel. Dit was in eerste instantie moeilijk maar toen ze de foto's hadden ontvangen was er een optie tot een ander hotel. Ergste maar bovenal vieste hotel waar wij ooit zijn geweest.
Conclusie: goedkoop is duurkoop. Laat je niet misleiden door de omschrijvingen en foto's.

- stinky bathroom (sewage) and room was flooded in insecticides (got headache)
- hard and crunchy bed
- everything tired old and filthy
- very high room rate for this! We booked and payed two days but left after one night. This place is just disgusting and a scam!

Positives and negatives: beach side with access to the rocky beach.
Quiet area, but next to the railway tracks. Without the car it might be difficult to find any transport, long walk uphill to the town.
Nice pool, unfortunately they empty it for cleaning reason and remain empty for three days (salt water).
Two small parkings, but the only access road is under construction (September 24).
Bar and restaurant (dinner overpriced for quality). Lunch available. Breakfast is quite poor and repetitive. Good coffee.
Staff is nice and helpful.
Room spacious , outdated, and worn equipped with little fridge but air conditioning very loud, we had to turn it off at night. Balcony door with gap when closed, loud inside.
The hotel is good for staying overnight but definitely I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay..

Hotel con stanze molto grandi e pulite e spazi comuni un po' datati. Struttura ubicata direttamente su un mare con acque cristalline!!! Personale decisamente educato mancano un po' professionalità!!! Colazione scadente sia per quantità che per prodotti!! Hotel dotato di un ampio parcheggio.

A fuir absolument : coupure d'électricité volontaire en pleine nuit donc pas de clim a 1h du matin à 35 degrés. Clim remise à 7h. Pas d'eau au réveil ! Pas de coffre ! pas de frigo ! et pas de télé ! Aucun excuse ,ni geste commercial pour une nuit à 120 euros. Bienvenue en enfer . 1 nuit mardi 6 août.

Siamo andati al ristorante di questo hotel per una cena importante. Avevamo appuntamento alle 21 circa e alle 22 chiude la cucina.
Siamo arrivati e abbiamo ordinato.
Abbiamo sentito dei rumori dalla cucina ma non ci siamo preoccupati fino a quando la ragazza delle ordinazioni non su è presentata mortificata dicendo che il cuoco stava pulendo la cucina. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene ( non chr ci fosse molta scelta). Spiegata la situazione alla cassa hanno deciso di offrirci l'acqua.
Complimenti alla ragazza delle ordinazioni che è stata di una gentilezza infinita

Het hotel en locatie zijn prachtig!
Ontbijt is heerlijk en het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het is hier rustig, relax en mooi uitzicht over de zee.
Mijn dochter werd erg ziek en de hoteleigenaar regelde gelijk een dokter die hier kwam. Met de juiste medicijnen was ze de volgende dag weer koortsvrij en knapte ze snel weer op.
Wij zijn hem ontzettend dankbaar!!!!
